About Us

Dr. Edward Burg was born in Madison, Wisconsin in 1966. The son of a physician for the US Air Force, he traveled the country often before settling into New York State by his high school years. Ed is a gifted illustrator and worked for a prominent advertising agency in NYC during the late 1980’s – early 90’s. There, he met his wife, Ann (now of 25 years). He decided to use his meticulous fine motor skills in the art of dentistry, following in the footsteps of his grandfather, Milton Burg an uncle, Leonard Burg. Both doctors practiced for years in New Jersey. It is only fitting that Dr. Ed Burg has resided in the state and has practiced dentistry here in NJ after graduating on the Dean’s list from UMDNJ in 1999.

Dr. Burg calls Toms River his home with his wife Ann and their two daughters. His other pass times are basketball and poker playing. He also has passion for baseball and continues to dabble in drawing from time to time.

In addition to being among the countries best Dean’s list Graduate DMDs, Dr. Edward Burg is a proud AAFE member (American Academy of Facial Esthetics) — certified and specializing in Botox and Restalin administration for both therapeutic and cosmetic purposes.

Dr. William Dennis received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1980. A native of Bergen County, he had dental practices in Rochelle Park and Hackensack before moving to Maine in 1992. He owned a practice in Cape Elizabeth, Maine for ten years before moving to Cape Cod, where he worked in community dentistry treating underserved and indigent populations.

He has had faculty appointments at Fairleigh Dickinson University School of Dentistry, Cape Cod Community College, and Harvard University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Dennis & his family moved back to New Jersey in 2006 in order to be closer to their extended family. He, his wife, and two sons live in the Freehold area.

Dr. Domenico DiSalvo was born and raised in Ocean County, New Jersey. He completed his undergraduate studies at Drew University where he earned a Bachelors of Arts in Chemistry. He went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, where he graduated second in his class while earning the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) distinction. Before entering private practice, Dr. DiSalvo completed a general practice residency at Jersey Shore University Medical Center where he provided comprehensive and emergency dental care to the surrounding population. In his free time, Dr. DiSalvo enjoys spending time at the Jersey shore, traveling, and playing sports.

Dr. Shimon Goldstein is a dedicated general dentist committed to providing exceptional care to his patients. Growing up in Brooklyn, NY, and studying at Beth Medrash Govoha in Lakewood, NJ, Dr. Goldstein brings a unique perspective to his practice.

After completing his Yeshiva studies, Dr. Goldstein earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Biology from Georgian Court University and a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. His academic and clinical achievements, including awards like the Quintessence Award for Clinical Achievement in Restorative Dentistry, and membership in the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society, attest to his dedication and skill.

Dr. Goldstein believes in treating patients like family, offering personalized care and attentive listening. He is passionate about ensuring his patients have healthy, beautiful smiles and strives for excellence in all aspects of his work. With extensive training in general and
cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Goldstein utilizes the latest techniques and technology to provide the best possible care.

When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Goldstein enjoys spending valuable time with his family, and attending and watching continuing education courses. As a lifelong learner, Dr. Goldstein actively pursues continuing education to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in dentistry. He is a member of the AACD Esthetic Skills Studio Study Group, the American Dental Association (ADA), the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), and the New Jersey Dental Association (NJDA).
